Job Description: 

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Survey Supervisor located in Pensacola, FL. The Survey Supervisor will oversee day-to-day surveying operations, including managing a team of surveyors, ensuring accurate data collections, and conducting land surveying tasks. 

Additional Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinating construction staking activities
  • Maintaining project scheduled
  • Ensure projects comply with legal and regulatory standards
Qualifications: 
  • Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Proficiency in Land Surveying and Surveying techniques
  • Experience with Data Collection and Construction Staking tasks
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and legal compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with survey software and equipment is a plus
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or licensure in land surveying are preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required
