Now hiring experienced Machine Operators for DAY SHIFT (7:30am - 7:30pm) to operate Screening/Stranding machines for a Cable manufacturing company in Milton, FL.

We provides integral components for solar and wind farm development as well as electrical cabling for key industrial markets including the Oil & Gas, Communications and Irrigation markets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Safely operating Screening and/or Standing machines used in a cable manufacturing facilities.
- Read/interpret/understand blueprints and/or drawings (including symbols, material type, and material shape).

- Setting up the screening and/or standing machines independently from a selection of tooling; set-up of pay-off and take-up; setting running parameters; consistently monitor the QUALITY of product.

- Familiar with using/operating electronic screens for controlling the screening or stranding process (Human Machine Interface). 

- Good mechanical skills with ability to handle and move heavy reels of products.

- Must maintain a consistent log of production AND quality per company systems & standards.

- Maintain safe operations by adhering to company safety procedures and policies.

EXPERIENCE: 
- At least 1 year as a CNC Operator is preferred but NOT required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator is preferred but NOT required.

EDUCATION: 
High school Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred but NOT required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.  
- Must have Steel-toed boots.
- Must have RELIABLE transportation to Milton FL.

PAY: 
Position starts at: $15/hr. --- $18/hr. ---Depending on Experience Level
(with the opportunity to increase over-time)

SCHEDULE:  
Full-Time --- All shifts are 12-hr's --- Day shift & Night shift available
Day Shift = 7:30am - 7:30pm
Night Shift = 7:30pm - 7:30am
***Expect to work 40-60 hours per week***
