Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Holiday Decor Assembler to join our production team during the holiday season. This position focuses on assembling holiday décor products and displays according to company specifications. Unlike a decorating role, this position is responsible for constructing, preparing, and packaging decorative products for production, inventory, or customer delivery.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, can follow assembly instructions accurately, and maintains quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assemble holiday décor products, arrangements, wreaths, garlands, centerpieces, trees, and other seasonal displays according to production guidelines.
  • Attach decorative components such as ornaments, ribbon, florals, lights, picks, and embellishments to pre-designed specifications.
  • Read and follow assembly instructions, work orders, and production schedules.
  • Inspect materials for quality and report defects or shortages to supervisors.
  • Use hand tools, glue guns, wire cutters, zip ties, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all assembled products.
  • Package and prepare completed items for storage, shipping, or installation teams.
  • Organize materials and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
  • Assist with inventory organization and material preparation as needed.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to details

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong organizational skills and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, packaging, warehouse, or light industrial work.
  • Experience working with seasonal décor, floral products, crafts, or merchandising materials.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly equipment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work with small decorative components requiring fine motor skills.
  • Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment.
