FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking steaks, burgers, seafood, poultry, and other menu items to established recipes and quality standards in a fast-paced family steakhouse environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring guests receive safe, high-quality meals prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner while maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
