We are currently seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representatives with strong experience in closing sales, both over the phone and in the field.
Requirements & Expectations:
Sales experience, preferably in construction-related or service industries
Strong closing skills and ability to generate new business
Willingness to learn and be trained in the specific business environment of USA Glass
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls (inside sales role)
For field positions: ability to visit job sites, identify opportunities, and bring in new clients.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, ideally in glass products, building materials, or construction-related industries.
Strong knowledge of different types of glass, their applications, and industry standards.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel locally for client visits and site consultations.
Familiarity with local building codes and architectural applications is a plus.

Schedule:
Monday - Saturday with one day off within those days.
Compensation:
$15/hr + commissions on sales
Commission structure may vary based on experience and performance
Training:
Candidates will receive training and ongoing support from our sales team.
