Caregivers (Non-Medical) - Crestview, FL - Part Time to Full Time

We are looking for IN-HOME (NON-MEDICAL) CAREGIVERS in the Crestview & Laurel Hill, and Gulf Breeze areas.

To be ELIGIBLE for this position, you must ALREADY have a CURRENT (and CLEAR) Level-2 Background check

What's required before I apply?

  • MUST have a reliable vehicle, insurance in your name, and valid driver’s license
  • MUST already have a current AND clear Level-2 Background check
  • MUST have a willingness to learn: No degree or diploma is required, just interest and an ability to learn.
  • MUST be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Be helpful, kind, considerate, patient, and have love in your heart.


What is expected from all caregivers?

  • Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents, by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating.
  • Help clients take prescribed medication and/or assist clients with ambulation needs.
  • Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises.
  • Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
  • Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
  • Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals (including preparing/serving meals), and other tasks if necessary.


PAY: Starts at $15/hr. 

SCHEDULE:  Flexible based on client needs.
Specifically looking for people to work Monday through Friday (all shifts)

REQUIREMENTS:  Must have transportation (with valid insurance) to client homes, pass a drug screen, and have a current (and clear) LEVEL-2 background check.  

This position is Temp to hire. Not benefits are offered during the temp period.
