TEL Staffing is looking for a Restaurant Cleaning-Maintenance Technician to work at a fast-paced restaurant in Destin FL.


Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Restaurant Cleaning-Maintenance Technician to handle basic repairs and cleaning within our busy restaurant to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for both our customers and our employees. This role combines both janitorial duties with light maintenance duties. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces
  • ​​​​Conduct minor repairs on furniture (chairs, tables), fixtures, and equipment
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and touch-up repairs
  • Keep maintenance and cleaning supplies organized and stocked

  • Inspect the facility regularly
  • Ensure all work meets safety and health standards
  • Report and/or fix issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning and/or maintenance experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of general repairs and upkeep
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Pay:

Starts at $18+/hr. (depending on current level of experience)

Schedule:

  • 7 days a week..... 8am - 1pm (Approximately)
  • MUST be able to work BOTH weekdays AND weekends
