Residential Services - Pensacola, FL - Temporary to Full Time
TEL Staffing is hiring a Residential / Commercial CLEANER to work PART-TIME for a small cleaning company in Pensacola, FL. Jobs will be in Pensacola, but also in the surrounding areas.
The position will start out as part-time (8-hrs on Saturday & 8-hrs on Sunday), but may increase to full-time if you have the availability. Cleaning jobs can be Residential, Commercial, and occasionally Exterior-Cleanup.
- Must be able to pass a background check - Must be able to pass a drug test - Must have your own vehicle to go to and in-between locations
We are seeking CLEANERS who are hardworking,trustworthy, andcan work independently.
Typical Job Duties for RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL CLEANING may include: (but are not limited to)
- Sweeping - Mopping - Dusting - Cleaning Bathrooms & Kitchen - Wiping Down Appliances - Wiping Down Baseboards-Doors-Trim - Cleaning Ceiling Fans & Fixtures - Wiping Down Windows-Interior - Cleaning Out Ovens & Refrigerator's - Making Beds - Folding Clothes - Sweeping Off Porches & Garages
Typical Job Duties for EXTERIOR CLEANUP may include: (but are not limited to)
- Sweeping Out Sheet Rock & Wiping Down Windows - Sweeping Out & Organizing Garage - Exterior Work - Cleaning Up Yard - Raking - Picking Up Trash - Picking Up Boards & - Disposal In Dumpsters - Transferring Materials (Tile, Boards, Boxes, etc.)
PAY:Starts at $15/hr. (the owner typically offers reimbursement and/or gas cards for traveling between locations)
SCHEDULE: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON THE WEEKENDS This position will start out as WEEKENDS ONLY (Approximately: 8-hrs on Saturday & 8-hrs on Sunday). You will typically start around 7:30am ***If you have the availability and want more hours, it may increase to full-time***
REQUIREMENTS: Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen. Required to have open availability to work SATURDAY and SUNDAYS.Cleaning supplies are provided. Please let us know if you have allergies or are unable to work with certain chemicals. Reliable transportation is VITAL, as you will work mostly independently on jobs and there is not transportation provided.
