Now hiring a Data Entry Specialist in Pensacola, FL. This position will report directly to a Team Leader, supervised by Assistant Controller. This position has room to grow quickly within the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the processing of construction invoices, which includes data entry, sorting, photocopying and filling
- Execute daily procedures accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with accounting policy
- Meet deadlines
- All data entry, no work over the phone
- Transfer information from paper to the computer
PAY | $14.00/hr
SCHEDULE | Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1 hr lunch)
REQUIREMENTS | Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Invoice coding and processing experience
