Hotel Bartender
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior bartending experience, strong knowledge of classic and specialty cocktails, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. This position requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and hotel standards
Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and bar patrons
Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and room charges accurately
Restock bar inventory and monitor supply levels
Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies
Requirements
Previous bartending experience required (hotel experience preferred)
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Valid alcohol service certification (if required by state)

Pay: $8.00 per hour + TIPS
Schedule: Hours vary (primarily evening shifts); must be available to work weekends
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
