DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping the patient

- Provide information to patients and employees by answering questions

- Support dental care delivery by preparing the treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials

- Assemble instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area, positioning instruments for the dentist’s access, suctioning, and passing instruments

- Provide materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient’s mouth

- Provide diagnostic information

- Maintain patient appearance and ability to masticate by fabricating temporary restorations and cleaning and polishing removable appliances

- Help the dentist manage dental and medical emergencies

- Educate patients on giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions

- Documents dental care

- Keeps information confidential

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

- Ensure operation of dental equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment

PAY | $17+/hr.  Depending On Experience

SCHEDULE | Office hours are Monday-Saturday, 7am-7pm. Hiring for part time and full time.

REQUIREMENTS | Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen. Dental experience required.
