We are currently seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representatives with strong experience in closing sales, both over the phone and in the field.
Requirements & Expectations:- Sales experience, preferably in construction-related or service industries
- Strong closing skills and ability to generate new business
- Willingness to learn and be trained in the specific business environment of USA Glass
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls (inside sales role)
- For field positions: ability to visit job sites, identify opportunities, and bring in new clients.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally in glass products, building materials, or construction-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of different types of glass, their applications, and industry standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel locally for client visits and site consultations.
- Familiarity with local building codes and architectural applications is a plus.

Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday with one day off within those days.
Compensation:
- $15/hr + commissions on sales
- Commission structure may vary based on experience and performance
- Candidates will receive training and ongoing support from our sales team.
