TEL Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Rep for a small Insurance Agency in Pensacola, FL.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues. Will be speaking to NEW and EXISTING clients
- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic. Will assist customers on the spot looking for specific coverage
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience in an office setting
- Experience working in Microsoft Excel
- Someone who has the interest and willing to be licensed for Insurance Customer Service (440 License)
- Existing 440 License is not required, but a plus
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
PAY | $15.00/hr
SCHEDULE | Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with 30 min lunch
PRE-EMPLOYMENT | Must provide 2 forms of ID for E-Verify, pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
