TEL Staffing is now hiring a RELIABLE PLUMBER with 3+ yrs. of experience to work for a veteran owned & operated company in Pensacola, FL!

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber with at least 3 yrs of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The applicant will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure that all plumbing installations meet safety standards and comply with local codes. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem solving abilities, and the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
The successful applicant must also have a strong background in construction plumbing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are a Family Friendly, Drug Free Workplace

DUTIES:
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Perform construction plumbing tasks for new builds or remodeling projects.
  • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople on construction sites.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during all installations and repairs.
  • Interpret schematics and blueprints to plan and execute plumbing projects.
  • Operate power tools and equipment, including pipe threading machines, to complete plumbing tasks.
  • Provide field service support for plumbing emergencies or service calls as needed.
  • Drive a vehicle to and from job sites, as well as to transport materials and tools.
  • Work safely and efficiently on construction sites, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficient in construction estimating to assess project costs accurately.
  • Commercial driving skills, with the ability to operate a vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of remodeling processes related to plumbing installations.
  • Familiarity with construction plumbing practices and standards.
  • Strong understanding of schematics and blueprints, with the ability to interpret and apply this knowledge in a construction setting.
  • Proficiency with power tools and equipment, including pipe threading machines
  • General maintenance person skills including carpentry for minor structural adjustments related to plumbing work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

SCHEDULE:
Full-Time  ---  Monday through Friday  (Days)  --  We have year round work

*Weekends As Needed*


PAY:
$28/hr. -- $38/hr.  ($60,000/yr. -- $80,000/yr.)
